The semi-private training strength sessions are designed for individuals who already have a foundation in training and are ready to take their performance to the next level.

Working in a small group, maximum of 6, allows for a higher level of coaching attention, with a strong emphasis on refining lifting technique, improving movement quality, and progressing strength with intent. This is not a beginner environment β€” it’s built for those who understand the basics and want to execute them better.

Each 45 session is structured around the Big 5 compound lifts, providing a clear framework for progression and measurable results. These key movements are supported by targeted accessory work, functional strength training, and core development to enhance overall performance and resilience.

This offering is designed to complement an existing training routine or Personal Training schedule β€” giving you additional structure, accountability, and expert guidance to continue progressing without plateau.

Ladies Small Group Strength Training

30-minute, time-efficient sessions designed to help you build strength, muscle, and bone health through a combination of compound lifts, functional movement, and core training.

Improve your balance, stability, and confidence in a supportive small group environment.

Sessions: 4 mornings per week

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday – 7:30 am

Investment: $45 per week (subscription)
