The semi-private training strength sessions are designed for individuals who already have a foundation in training and are ready to take their performance to the next level.

Working in a small group setting allows for a higher level of coaching attention, with a strong emphasis on refining lifting technique, improving movement quality, and progressing strength with intent. This is not a beginner environment — it’s built for those who understand the basics and want to execute them better.

Each session is structured around the Big 5 compound lifts, providing a clear framework for progression and measurable results. These key movements are supported by targeted accessory work, functional strength training, and core development to enhance overall performance and resilience.

This offering is designed to complement an existing training routine or Personal Training schedule — giving you additional structure, accountability, and expert guidance to continue progressing without plateau.

Women's Semi-Private Training

When strength and time are just as important as each other, and a safe space with other like-minded women is a priority. 

This 30-minute session designed for women only - 30 yrs+ combines the perfect combination of compound lifts, functional movement, core and cardio, without overtraining but supporting and prioritising our hormonal and mental balance to optimise results at this challenging age.

Beginners welcome.
