The semi-private training strength sessions are designed for individuals who already have a foundation in training and are ready to take their performance to the next level.
Working in a small group setting allows for a higher level of coaching attention, with a strong emphasis on refining lifting technique, improving movement quality, and progressing strength with intent. This is not a beginner environment — it’s built for those who understand the basics and want to execute them better.
Each session is structured around the Big 5 compound lifts, providing a clear framework for progression and measurable results. These key movements are supported by targeted accessory work, functional strength training, and core development to enhance overall performance and resilience.
This offering is designed to complement an existing training routine or Personal Training schedule — giving you additional structure, accountability, and expert guidance to continue progressing without plateau.

Program Details
Strength X is for being coached to lift with excellent technique and solid mind & body connection.
Strength X (Cross) will not only concentrate on the big 5 compound exercises, it will also include a large focus on Core strength and endurance, Functional strength movements and plyometrics.
Whether you’re ready to run a quad smashing PB or lifting for life, These small group sessions offer great priced training with plenty of personal attention to reach those goals faster.

Monday | Wednesday | Friday : 6.30am.
Ladies Only Group; Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday at 7:30 AM. Each session lasts 30 minutes and is available through a $42 weekly subscription.
