Group Strength Training
Group strength sessions offer participants the chance to receive coaching that emphasizes proper lifting technique and fosters a strong connection between mind and body. These sessions are designed to help individuals become more self-sufficient within the gym environment, ensuring that everyone can confidently pursue their fitness goals.
Focus of Group Sessions
Each group session centres around the BIG 5 compound lifts, which serve as the foundation for building overall strength. In addition to these key movements, participants engage in a variety of functional strength exercises, plyometric drills, and core strength and endurance training. This comprehensive approach ensures balanced development and improved physical performance.
Community and Support
Training in a small group setting creates a sense of community among like-minded individuals. This environment encourages mutual support and accountability, helping each member stay motivated and committed to their fitness journey.
Program Details
Strength X is for being coached to lift with excellent technique and solid mind & body connection.
Strength X (Cross) will not only concentrate on the big 5 compound exercises, it will also include a large focus on Core strength and endurance, Functional strength movements and plyometrics.
Whether you’re ready to run a quad smashing PB or lifting for life, These small group sessions offer great priced training with plenty of personal attention to reach those goals faster.

More 1 on 1 attention to get you the strength gains safely and effectively and specific to your goals.
Monday | Wednesday | Friday : 6.30am.
Ladies Only Group; Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday at 7:30 AM. Each session lasts 30 minutes and is available through a $42 weekly subscription.
